Spencer began his career in the title department of one of the nation’s largest title insurance companies in 2003. Spencer has worked in Title, Escrow and Sales. Spencer started National Title Agency of Utah in January 2014. Spencer enjoys interacting with customers and working with professionals from every aspect of the real estate industry.
BILL ROWLEY
Vice President
Bill has worked in the title industry for thirty-seven (37) years. He held the position of Vice President for a leading title insurance company’s direct operation in Utah for thirteen (13) years. In that position he managed several areas of responsibility including Director of a National Commercial Services Division as well as founder and president of a 1031 services company. He also managed a centralized title searching plant in Utah and was a member of a title insurance underwriter claims committee. He has underwritten commercial transactions in all 50 states. His personal expertise is in the underwriting of multi-site and multi-state Retail, H.U.D., Resort and Oil Refinery transactions.
ANN BAKER
Commercial Escrow Officer
Ann has 24 years of experience in the Title Industry. She began her career in 1994 as an Escrow Assistant closing residential transactions for a leading title insurance company’s direct operation. She then transferred to the Commercial Division. Later she accepted the position as Administrative Assistant to the Director of National Commercial Services and soon managed a Commercial Escrow Office. Ann’s escrow closing experience covers complex commercial transactions in most states such as H.U.D., Defeasance, Multi-family, Development/New Construction, Resort, Refinery, etc.
